RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work under the supervision of the Deputy Country Director Programs to provide overall management of all internal and external reporting and grants management processes. More precisely your missions will be to: – Maintain grants systems including mapping of key donors and opportunities, key deadlines, etc. – Lead on Program Development in line with Country Strategy : lead in development of new proposals and sourcing funding opportunities – Lead all internal and external reporting processes : provide high quality donor reports for ongoing and closed projects – Ensure compliance with donor guidelines and regulations – Support Consortium Coordination and Project Management of Emergency-Response Consortium activities (funding-dependent): support the program, finance, and operations teams throughout the entire project lifecycle – Ensure effective coordination of programs integration: Support the DCD in the oversite of program implementation and suggest actions when needed ; Coordinate and promote thematic and sectoral synergies, and cross-cutting issues; In collaboration with DCD, elaborate, support and monitor full integration of programs activities ; Provide support and advice on program development, using learnings and context monitoring to identify areas of strength and opportunity
REQUESTED PROFILE
With a minimum of 5 years of field experience in simillar conflict settings, you’re a mature and experienced Grants Manager. As an expatriate staff member with INGOs, you have an experience with donors including ECHO, DFID, UN Organisations, and GAC and you can prove experience on managing or coordinating teams and budgets. With a strong time management skills, and ability to balance multiple competing priorities and deadlines, you know how to work both autonomously and part of a team. Fluent in spoken and written English, we can count on your strong written and verbal communication skills.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS / SALARY
– 6 MONTHS fixed term contract under French legislation – Monthly gross salary from 2450EUR to 2800EUR upon experience – Monthly per diem and living allowance: 730 USD net, field paid – Monthly country allowance: 450EUR – Child allowance: 1500EUR per year per child present in the country of origin (maximum 6000EUR/year) – 16% of the gross monthly salary for pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens – 15% of the gross salary for specific flying allowance – Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house – Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (social security + health insurance) and repatriation insurance – Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year and 215 EUR at each RnR period – Training: Free and unlimited access to the certifying e-learning platform Crossknowledge ©
