Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Deputy Country Director – Program, you will be responsible for the preparation of project proposals, communications and reports intended for donors as part of the research and implementation of grants.
You will be associated with all fundraising and external communication campaigns of the mission, and will also be in charge of the contractual aspects of partnerships.
More precisely, your role will be to:
Contribute to the implementation of the mission’s business development strategy, coordinate the process of developing and submitting project proposals, and ensure their quality Contribute to the identification of new opportunities financing, through the creation of a map of donors, donor information sheets, evaluations of our internal capacities, etc.
Maintain an information table on acquired, future and potential funding
Coordinate the entire writing, review/validation process
Steer the development and submission of reports to donors and local authorities regarding the projects in progress or completed Organize and supervise the process of preparation, review/validation and submission of external reports
Contribute to the development of narrative reports and annexes by compiling and synthesizing the information received
Develop contractual partnership documents with other NGOs (local or international)
Contribute to the good management of ongoing projects by monitoring grant contracts, holding regular meetings and compiling activity progress reports (APR) Lead the revision of project documents in the event contractual amendment
Train and coach your team as well as the RDDs, CTs, RTs, RPs and their deputies on the preparation of qualitative and quantitative APRs, as well as on the rules governing this process
Update and/or develop internal monitoring support tools based on identified needs
Coordinate the establishment of the Grants department, manage the team and participate in the internal and external communication of the mission Supervise and support the team composed of a Grants and Reporting Manager and of a Grants and Reporting Officer, create a team dynamic
Produce and distribute internally tools helping to understand and comply with donor compliance rules

Profile:

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in humanitarian and/or development programs.
You have already worked at least 2 years in grants management.
You have very good writing skills, as well as very good written and oral skills in French and English.

Terms of employment

Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2597 to 2968 euros depending on experience
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Increase in base salary: 6 % every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: $974 net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 150euros
Child allowance: 1500euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000euros/ an)
Transport and accommodation: Coverage for travel and collective accommodation
Medical Coverage: 100% of coverage for health contributions (CFE + supplementary health insurance) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance schemes (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; payment of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR
