Sa mission est de sauver des vies en éliminant la faim par la prévention, la détection et le traitement de la sous-nutrition, en particulier pendant et après les situations d’urgence liées aux conflits et aux catastrophes naturelles. VOTRE POSTE ET VOS RESPONSABILITÉS
Under the supervision of the country director, you will be in charge of overall management of the mission financial portfolio for effective and efficient financial management in line with the Action Against Hunger financial guidelines and donor rules and regulations. Your role will be to :
-Contribute to the definition of mission strategy and development of budget and proposal framework;
– Manage accounting and financial reporting for the mission;
– Oversee the cash management for the mission;
– Financial and budgetary management;
– Promote and ensure financial collaboration and coordination with mission partners;
– Financial Risk Management & Continuous Improvement of Financial Procedures
VOTRE PROFIL
You hold an advanced degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum of 5 years’ experience with at least three years in a managerial role. Holder of exceptional organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail, you are able to lead and manage a large team across various locations. You have knowledge of international donor requirements and accounting system.
You are recognized for your autonomy, your communication and the quality of your reports. You have knowledge of AAH financial management framework preferably.
Fluency in English is mandatory and strong Excel skills, Knowledge of SAGA is a plus.
VOS CONDITIONS D’EMPLOI
– 12 months fixed term contract under French legislation
– Monthly gross salary from 2450 to 2800 EUR upon experience
– Monthly per diem and living allowance: 730$ net, field paid
– Monthly country allowance: 150EUR
– 16% of the gross monthly salary for pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens
– Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house
– Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
– Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year and 250EUR at each RnR period (+flight ticket reimbursement up to 700$)
