Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Head of the Finance Accounting Department, your role will be to guarantee the security of financial flows, ensure the reliability of accounting data, and ensure the management and supervision of General Accounting within the Headquarters area.

More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Implement the legal accounting policies and ACF procedures defined in your scope. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, issue development proposals if necessary, and design them by adapting them to ACF’s specificities.

Guarantee the security of financial flows by designing and implementing internal control policies on weekly payments and bank reconciliations.
Control social and tax declarations in your scope in compliance with legal obligations.
Manage the Headquarters Accounting division. Organize and manage individual points, develop and monitor action plans, conduct appraisal interviews, recruit team members, and provide support for daily issues. Manage
the organization and distribution of work according to the needs of the Accounting Department.
Provide mentoring for employees on professionalization contracts.
Ensure that the organization of backups in your area is operational.
Maintain relationships with other departments involved in accounting reliability procedures.
Guarantee the proper maintenance of accounts and monitoring of other assets of the association in your area. Control the accounting and justification of flows and balances relating to General Accounting in the Headquarters area, exchange with the departments concerned, and validate the proposed adjustments.
Ensure that all accounts in your area are kept and manage live cycles on an ad hoc basis.
Supervise and control the proper maintenance of audit files, validate regularization entries, and produce an analysis in your area during closings.

Profile:

Holder of a Master’s degree and/or Master 2 in accounting and management (DCG), you have at least 5 years of professional experience in general accounting. Experience within another NGO would be a plus. A
force for proposal, you have experience in the evolution of financial processes and tools. You demonstrate pedagogy and have the ability to unite teams around the changes initiated.
Comfortable with office and IT tools, you also master the methods of using a management software package. Accustomed to teamwork, your rigor and excellent organizational skills are recognized.
You have a very high mastery of the Office Pack. Mastery of an ERP such as UBW is an asset.
Good financial knowledge of the rules of international donors is a plus.
Fluent English (written and oral) is essential.

Conditions of employment

Status: Independent Executive – Permanent contract – Full time
Location: Ile-de-France
Remuneration: From 45K to 54K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
