Assignment :

Under the supervision of the HR Department Manager – Social Management and Steering Department (GSP), your missions will be to:
Ensure contractualization, management of contractual events and management of exits
Support, advise and guide managers and employees at headquarters on HR issues
Inform and advise HR managers on missions on executives and their roles in their application
Allow the integration and reception of foreign workers
Contribute to the monitoring and development of the department’s tools/procedures
Supervise the work-study student

Profile:

You have a Bac +3 to 5 HR training, with knowledge in HR management and basics in labor law. You know how to analyze, resolve and advise on issues in labor law, internal procedures, HR rules.
You have already worked successfully in the collection, production and analysis of HR data for transmission to the payroll manager and external service providers.
You are able to build and implement an HRM schedule, conduct an HRM briefing and debriefing interview, as well as develop and draft an employment contract.
You have already used an HR software package (information, data entry and requests).
You communicate effectively orally and in writing and are a particularly good listener. You know how to adapt your communication style in order to establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors.
You ensure confidentiality in your work, and know how to be firm when necessary by arbitrating between compliance with the rules and pragmatism.
You are rigorous, organized in your work and know how to manage priorities. You are also responsive and able to quickly switch from one activity and/or theme to another.
Working in an international environment, fluency in English is necessary, both orally and in writing.

Conditions of employment

Status: Integrated Executive – 3.5 month fixed-term contract until 12/31/2024 – Full time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 36K to 43K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 21 days of RTT
