Assignment :
Your role will consist in particular of ensuring constant monitoring of legislative and jurisprudential developments in the field of social law, by analyzing their impact on the Association’s activities. You will be responsible for collecting, synthesizing and disseminating relevant information through appropriate media, thus helping to maintain up-to-date and shared knowledge within the team.
At the same time, you will be required to provide legal support to the Association’s various departments, by answering their questions and assisting them in applying the regulations in force. You will also be involved in drafting and updating legal documents, such as employment contracts, collective agreements or summary notes.
This generalist position offers an exceptional opportunity to discover the profession of social law lawyer in a concrete and operational way, while evolving within a committed and innovative humanitarian organization.
Profile:
We are looking for a profile specialized in social law to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least a Master 1 with a specialization in social law. This specialization can include different branches of social law such as labor law, human resources, collective relations, social protection or worker mobility.
The candidate should have a solid understanding of the fundamental principles of social law as well as an in-depth knowledge of the laws and regulations in force. Practical experience or internships in the field of social law would be highly appreciated.
We are looking for a motivated, dynamic collaborator capable of working autonomously. Excellent analytical, synthesis and writing skills are essential for this position, as well as a good command of IT tools.

12-month work-study or professional training contract.

Teleworking: Our teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring a mandatory presence time at the association’s headquarters, and allows you to choose to fully or partially exercise the rest of this time by teleworking. To this end, a mandatory presence at the headquarters of 2 days per month has been defined for this position. Times at the headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of mandatory presence during the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
