Assignment :

Within a department made up of three branches placed under the responsibility of the Department Manager (RDD), you will occupy a central position. Under the supervision of the Head of the Donor Contracts and Reporting Department, you will lead a team of two people and will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships (75%) while ensuring effective grant management (25%).
More specifically, your role will be to:
Establish and maintain solid relationships with local and institutional partners, focusing in particular on administrative aspects (monitoring contracts and payments), as well as operational aspects (coordination of activities on the field, implementation of a capacity building plan)
Implement and monitor the partnership approach between ACF and its partners
Define and implement a mutual process of knowledge transfer and capacity building with the project partners
Support and support the search for funding and the drafting of project proposals
Organize the production and monitoring of documents intended for donors and internal monitoring documents

Profile:

You hold a higher diploma in project, organizational or partnership management, or any other relevant field, or demonstrated work experience in a similar position.
You have successful professional experience in managing donor contracts through headquarters or field missions.
You know the procedures and strategies of donors (ECHO, SIDA, INTPA, BHA, etc.). You have knowledge of project cycle management and writing project proposals and reports.
You have successfully completed the development, implementation and management of partnerships, as well as collaboration and knowledge sharing. You have skills in training local partners and/or comfort in leading training sessions.
You are able to work in a team and effectively manage and coordinate teams while monitoring performance.
You have very good skills in stress management and emotional intelligence, as well as managing complexity.
You are a good communicator and know how to listen, with a sense of diplomacy, interpersonal skills and adaptation skills.
You are proficient in written and spoken English and you have good writing and synthesis skills.

Conditions of employment
Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months until 04/30/2025
Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475 euros depending on experience
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 536 euros net , paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 300 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin with ceiling
Transport and accommodation: Coverage for travel and collective accommodation
Medical Coverage: 100% of support health and repatriation insurance contributions
Salary maintenance schemes
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; payment of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR
