Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Grants and Partnerships Coordinator, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the quality of project proposals and reporting, compliance with deadlines with headquarters and donors as well as participating in prospecting activity in the country in order to generate financing opportunities.
Your missions will be to:
Contribute to the implementation of the donor strategy of the mission Participate in the prospecting of financing opportunities
Maintain a table of financing opportunities if necessary
Disseminate and explain the financing opportunities
Organize production and monitoring documents intended for donors and reporting and internal monitoring documents Check and guarantee the quality of intervention proposals, requests for project amendments, and intermediate and final reports
Ensure that questions and comments from donors funds, auditors, and internal and external evaluators are processed within the required deadlines
Monitor, alert and encourage compliance with internal and external deadlines
Monitor and encourage compliance with ACF validation procedures
Facilitate the fluidity of headquarters-mission relationships in validation documents intended for donors
Advise and train field teams in the development of documents intended for donors, and internal reporting and monitoring documents Raise awareness and train field teams in donor reporting
Raise awareness and train teams on the guidelines of the donors
Participate, with the Grants and Partnerships Coordinator in capacity building of the program team on the basic rules and regulations of grant administration
Support the Grants and Partnerships Coordinator in the organization of the Kick off meeting and program review
Ensure the monitoring of the management and administration of grants Ensure the correct classification and recording of grants (project documents, contracts, reports, etc.)
Maintain the grants library
Produce and update the grants tracking sheet and share with the Field Coordinator teams, Department Managers (Support and Programs) and headquarters
Contribute to the completion of donor audits

Profile:

You hold a higher education diploma (Bac +5) in political science, international relations, international development, humanitarian project management or a related field.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a humanitarian or development organization.
You have excellent experience in project proposal writing, validation procedures and process coordination.
You have in-depth knowledge of the humanitarian project management cycle, the development of project proposals and the concept of logical framework.
You have a very good command of the rules and regulations of the main donors (AFD, BHA, ECHO, Europe Aid, GFFO, Sida, CDCS, CIAA, SDC, GAC, UNICEF, PAM, etc.).
You have successfully worked in managing external communications with donors and partners.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Terms of employment

Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475 euros depending on experience
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Increase in base salary: 6 % every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 767 euros net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 150 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year )
Transport and accommodation: Coverage for travel and collective accommodation
Medical Coverage: 100% of coverage for health contributions (CFE + supplementary health) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance schemes (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR : 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; payment of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR
