Its mission is to save lives by eradicating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, in particular during and after emergencies related to conflict and natural disasters. Mission :

Under the responsibility of the Head of Internal Audit, you will have the mission to ensure an analysis and control of the activity of the organization and its control environment, identifying avenues for improvement and making recommendations.

Specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Carry out and conduct audits within the structure in accordance with the annual audit scheduleContribute to data collection and participate in the development and updating of the annual internal audit plan.
Prepare the audit engagement by developing the audit program for the engagement.
Conduct the audit mission, respecting the audit framework and the standards in force.
Assess the significance and criticality of risks related to identified deviations.
Ensure communication with the relevant interlocutors throughout the audit mission.
Write an audit report including an analysis of the situation, a presentation of malfunctions and recommendations.
With the support of the Internal Audit Manager, present the recommendations to the Director General, the Management Committee, the Audit Committee and the heads of the audited entity.
Contribute to the evolution of internal audit within the organizationParticipate in the development and updating of internal audit methods, means and tools, in accordance with internal and professional standards.
In collaboration with the Internal Audit Manager, contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the internal audit, in particular by monitoring technical and methodological developments, as well as by benchmarking with other organizations.
Promote internal audit and its added value within the organization, through awareness animations and debriefings of audit missions to stakeholders.
In conjunction with the Internal Audit Manager, promote the sharing of knowledge in internal audit within the ACF-IN network.
Contribute to the animation of the Business Sector ARCSuperviser internal audit activities in the Bureaux Pays ACF concerned.
Guarantee the quality of the audit work carried out by internal auditors in the ACF Country Offices and their compliance with the internal audit methodology

Profile:

Higher education, business school or audit type, you have at least 2 years experience in a similar position or in internal control. Experience on the ground, in the administrative and financial field, in an international solidarity NGO or sensitivity to international solidarity issues would be a plus.
You have knowledge of internal audit techniques and standards (carrying out internal audit missions : planning, implementation, finalization and follow-up).
Equipped with excellent communication skills, you are known as· for your sense of listening, your qualities of synthesis and your insight. Autonomous and rigorous·, you will be able to convince and argue while ensuring a role of facilitator. You are able to evolve in an intercultural environment, adapt and respect the different cultures.
Mastery of French and English, both written and oral, is imperative.

Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 40K to 49Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
