Fondation Hirondelle is a Swiss non-profit organization created in 1995, which provides information to populations facing crises, to enable them to act in their daily lives and as citizens.
For maternity leave coverage, she is looking for her office in Tunis:
A management controller at 80%-100%, 8-month fixed-term contract
Main missions :
- Guarantee efficient management practices that comply with internal rules, financial and accounting standards, and donor requirements.
- Leads the preparation of budgets for new funding requests for existing projects or new projects
- Ensure regular budgetary monitoring of projects under its management and produce project reporting requested by donors and Fondation Hirondelle
- Plans, coordinates and manages the relationship with auditors during financing audits according to the standards and clauses of the contract
- Ensure the effective and pragmatic implementation of the rules and procedures set in the field and offer the necessary support to the field and program managers to this end.
Your profile :
- Professional experience of at least 3 years in a management control position serving development and/or humanitarian projects.
- Good knowledge of the contractual conditions of public donors, particularly the European Union. Experience in managing grants to local partners, controlling and reporting.
- Good knowledge and use of accounting software
- Analytical mind, sense of priorities and good organizational skills
- Perfect command of French
- Taste for working in a multidisciplinary team, including a remote hierarchical relationship
- Mastery of remote communications tools (Zoom, Outlook, etc.)
