Mission :

Under the supervision of the MEAL Technical Manager, your work-study program will consist of participating in the animation of MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning) at ACF.
Here is an overview of your missions:
Contribute to the definition and implementation of the MEAL animation methods:
– Implement the MEAL animation guide by planning the highlights of the animation.
Participate in global and regional activities to maintain interest and dynamic exchanges.
– Organize MEAL documentary resources and propose mechanisms for sharing experiences.
Participate in the organization of ACF’s MEAL service:
– Contribute to the finalization of ACF’s MEAL policy and its communication plan.
– Implement policy monitoring indicators and contribute to monitoring the MEAL ACF-France strategy.
– Attend MEAL department meetings and participate in their organization.
Contribute to the promotion of MEAL culture at ACF:
– Participate in the development of communication content and ensure their dissemination.
– Represent the ACF France MEAL at the request of the department manager.
This experience will allow you to develop your skills in the field of MEAL while contributing to ACF’s humanitarian mission.

Profile :

Your Profile: Holder of a 1/2 Master’s degree in Communication Studies, community management or humanitarian project management, you are attracted to humanitarian work, the quality of projects and human relations. If this sounds like you, this position might interest you!
Your technical skills: You know how to collect, manage and analyze qualitative and quantitative data. In addition, you are able to develop MEAL tools and you master collaborative and communication tools.
Your transversal skills: Your communication, both oral and written (in English and French), is effective. You are also a good organizer, capable of managing priorities and organizing capitalization and dissemination. Terms of employment

Status: 12-month work-study professionalization or apprenticeship contract
Duration of contract: 12 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary Conditions:
– Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
– 21 days of RTT (prorated according to the time of attendance)
– Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
– Transport: 50% of the package between home and the workplace
– Passes- restaurant: 60% covered by the association (value of 8 euros)
– Social benefits: social works, reductions on cinema tickets
Teleworking: Open to everyone from mainland France. Our teleworking policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 1 day per month is planned at headquarters, with time dedicated to meetings and collective events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory attendance per week for your integration into the team.
