Mission :

Reporting to the Program Support Officer, your missions will be as follows:

Ensure the management of financing contracts and the preparation of contractual documents

Update and distribute the financing contract monitoring dashboard
Configure donor and internal contracts
Participate in monitoring meetings with Program Support Officers (CAP) and field teams
Contribute to the drafting of co-financing and financing requests for donors and equity contracts
Translate programmatic and contractual documents
In conjunction with the CAP, support the review of reports, the development of project proposals and partnership agreements
Participate in the quality control of donor reporting and provide recommendations to country offices
Provide support to country offices on contract management, reporting and donor rules
If necessary, make a field trip to support a country office in the management of contracts

Profile :

To access this internship, it is necessary to be in training at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level, ideally in political science, international relations, or development studies. You have a sensitivity for the humanitarian sector and are able to manage several missions in parallel. You demonstrate autonomy, responsiveness, rigor and have solid organizational skills. An excellent team spirit, good analytical skills and written and oral communication are essential. Mastery of the Office Pack and a good command of English, both written and oral, are required.
