Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters. Assignment :
Under the responsibility of the Program Support Officer, your missions will be as follows:
Support the Pool and the Country Offices in the management of financing contracts and the development of contractual documents. Ensure the updating and dissemination of the table on-board monitoring of financing contracts.
Ensure the configuration of lessor contracts and internal contracts.
Participate in follow-up meetings between Program Support Officers (CAP) at headquarters and field focal points.
Participate in the drafting of co-financing requests for donors managed by the Delegated Partnership Department.
Participate in the drafting of financing requests for contracts financed with own funds.
Ensure the translation of programmatic and contractual documents.
Facilitate communication within the pool, with country offices and with other departments at ACF Headquarters. Organize Pool meetings and ensure the drafting of reports.
Ensure the archiving of original minutes and programmatic documents.
Supply other Headquarters Departments with information (programs and context) on country offices.
Contribute to the drafting of communication documents (context notes, country fact sheets) concerning the country offices in conjunction with the CAPs and the Deputy Regional Director of Operations (DROA).
Make the purchase requests necessary for the operation of the Pool (certifications, sworn translations, supplies, etc.).
Produce documents and/or capitalization tools on ACF interventions by country office or geographical area in collaboration with the Pool and other CAPs.
Produce capitalization documents on institutional donors, at the request of donor representatives within ACF and in collaboration with the CAPs and the Deputy Regional Director of Operations.
Provide support to country offices in the use of program monitoring and management tools. Control the regular feedback of internal reporting tools, carry out a periodic review of documents / control the quality of tools, coordinate their review at the level of the Pool and ensure its archiving.
Participate in the validation of the annual compilation of quantitative data made by the offices.
Participate in bimonthly monitoring meetings of reporting focal points and contracts with CAPs.
Profile:
You have a Bac+3 and you are training in political science, international relations and/or human and social sciences.
You know how to provide technical support and answers on reporting and donor guidelines. You know how to analyze and produce summary documents.
You are responsive and able to move quickly from one activity and/or theme to another.
You listen, you know how to adapt your communication style and establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors.
You are proficient in IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, etc.) and you are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Terms of employment
Mandatory Condition: Have an internship agreement issued by a French law educational institution

??Salary Conditions: Internship compensated at the level of the minimum legal hourly compensation (on a basis of 35 hours/week)

??Teleworking: Open to all and from the metropolitan territory, the teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring a mandatory time spent at the headquarters, and allows you to choose to fully or partially exercise the rest of this time by teleworking. For this purpose, a mandatory presence at headquarters has not been defined for this position. Times of presence at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of mandatory presence the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
