Assignment :

Join us to make a significant contribution to our strategic activities, through the following missions:
Mission 1: Support for Strategic Projects
– Providing essential support to project managers in the management and implementation of strategic projects.
– Creation of reference documentation.
– Carrying out studies necessary for carrying out projects.
– Active participation in the evaluation of actions to capitalize on results and improve practices.
Mission 2: Internal Communication
– Development of internal communication content for priority projects and ComEx activities.
– Proposal of impactful messages and innovative supports.
– Implementation of effective means of dissemination to inform and engage staff at all stages of projects.
Mission 3: Operational Support
– Writing reports and minutes.
– Translation of documents.
– Organization of meetings.
– Contribution to the operational management of initiatives.

Profile:

Conditions of employment
Professionalization or work-study apprenticeship contract of 12 or 24 months is better.
It’s happening in Montreuil, in Seine-Saint-Denis, where things are happening!

Remuneration based on the legal minimum (depending on your age and your level of training) over 13 months.

To this end, a mandatory presence at headquarters of 3 days per week has been defined for this position. Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of compulsory presence for the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
