About: Action against Hunger
Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against world hunger. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Security and Livelihoods – Water, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Assignment :
These different missions will be carried out under the supervision of the digital communications manager and in tandem with the webmaster. You will work in coordination with different services and/or external entities depending on the development of the different projects.
More precisely, your missions will be as follows:
Develop the redesign specifications in conjunction with the digital communications manager and the webmaster.
Coordinate and organize the call for tenders (meetings, reports, etc.) while liaising internally and externally (the SEO agency) in conjunction with the digital communications manager and the webmaster.
Coordinate the production and putting online of the technical redesign of the site.
Organize the production phase of the redesign with the agency: retro-planning, thematic workshops, meetings, etc.
Accept and ensure the referencing of the site post-launch in conjunction with the TMA agency, the SEO agency and the webmaster.
Ensure the implementation of SEO recommendations as well as good natural referencing of the site.
Test the site by following the established test book and report bugs for correction to the agency.
Remain the internal & external focal point, particularly to communicate around the implementation of improvements.
Carry out a complete analysis and produce an assessment of the project according to the KPIs and objectives defined upstream.
Profile:
You have a higher education qualification as a webmaster, in digital communication or as a web or digital project manager.
You have 5 years of professional experience.
You have already coordinated 1 and/or ideally several web redesigns on WordPress.
You have excellent knowledge of website management techniques via WordPress, natural SEO principles.
You have significant expertise in ergonomics, website design (UX, UI) as well as knowledge of software and programming techniques.
You know how to work and coordinate projects and service providers.
You are an educator, organized, responsive, and you have excellent written and oral expression.
Terms of employment
Status: Integrated manager – 18-month fixed-term contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration:
From 45K to 55K euros gross annually over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 21 days of RTT
