Assignment :

Reporting to the Deputy Country Program Director, your role will be to carry out and guarantee the monitoring and psychological support of national Action Against Hunger employees and partner NGOs.
More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Coordinate all activities of Psychological Care for Employees (SPC).
Contribute to the definition of the national strategy and action plan for Psychological Care for Employees (SPC).
Develop other relevant activities to achieve strategic objectives (practice analysis groups, new training content, etc.).
Carry out post-immediate and long-term management of critical incidents and their psychological consequences.
Design and lead defusing training for managers in the event of a critical incident
Advise management teams in crisis units
Prevent and support employees in the face of different forms of stress.
Provide training and awareness sessions on stress management to employees.
Coordinate the consortium and its partnership approach.
Ensure the assessment of the SPC needs of the various NGOs that are members of the consortium and organize the response to these needs.

Profile:

You have training in clinical psychology (Master 2 degree required) and psychotherapy, and you have at least 2 years of professional experience in psychotraumatology and crisis management.
You have theoretical and technical knowledge in psychotraumatology and/or skills in psychopathology (e.g. diagnostic skills). Training in CBT, EMDR, etc., will be an asset.
You know how to apply the theoretical and technical fundamentals of psychotraumatology, and you are able to assess psychological and behavioral risks. You are also able to conduct individual consultations and propose psychopathological/psychotherapeutic diagnoses.
Experience in a humanitarian environment would be an asset. You could also have an intervention role with the team in the event of crisis management. Knowledge of database management and project management will be required.
You are recognized for your good interpersonal skills and your ability to adapt. You know how to work under high pressure.

Conditions of employment

Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months
Salary: Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2473 euros depending on experience
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 729 euros net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 300 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)

Salary maintenance arrangements (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; support for the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR
