Mission :

You will be responsible for ensuring technical and regional consistency as well as learning of interventions on the SAME aspects of the RESILAC program.
Your main missions will be:
– Ensure monitoring and contextual analysis on themes falling within its scope
– To contribute to strategic orientations and the coherence of approaches; and monitor their implementation in the countries
to guarantee the quality and accountability of the program (towards the populations and donors)
– To ensure, in its regional and cross-border dimension, the establishment and animation of a learning and sharing framework within the project.

24 months fixed-term contract using Chadian labor law
Basic monthly salary: from 1,262,012 to 1,530,369 FCFA depending on experience
Transport allowances: 33,000 FCFA
Meal bonus: 22,000 FCFA
Housing bonus: 70,000 FCFA
Regional Bonus: 5% of gross monthly salary
Expertise Bonus: 10% of gross monthly salary
You will also have other benefits (repatriation insurance, per diem/cola, context allowance, etc.) when you travel to other countries covered by the RESILAC

24 months fixed-term contract under French labor law for international employees
Gross monthly starting salary from 2597 to 2968 euros depending on experience
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 686 euros (see eurocost) net, paid on the ground.
Monthly context allowance: 150 euros
Monthly expertise bonus: 200euros
Monthly regional bonus: 145 euros
Installation bonus: 1000 euros for contracts longer than 18 months
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year)
16% of gross monthly salary for retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens.
Housing: Individual housing with a bonus like ACF Chad: 600,000 XAF/month.

Profile :

Holder of higher education (type Bc+5) in humanitarian or development project management, in economics or social sciences, with professional experience of at least 3 years in the humanitarian sector, in development projects or projects emergency-development transition. You demonstrate skills in the food security and livelihoods sector; agroeconomics, socio-economics, food assistance, surveillance, natural resource management as well as community approaches. With your experience in a multi-partner/multi-country or multidimensional consortium, you have excellent analysis, synthesis and writing skills. You are recognized for your very good listening, communication and negotiation skills, your sense of diplomacy never fails you! Fluent English and French, both written and spoken, required.
