Assignment :

Under the responsibility of the remuneration and management referent, your work-study program will consist of
contributing to the quality and reliability of dashboard data by means of cross-requests for Ad Hoc control on the HR management system (Nibélis, Talentsoft). It will be your responsibility to ensure the quality of the data entered and report anomalies to the payroll department or HRIS. You will collect the actual data needs of other departments and set up an annual production calendar
Contribute to the optimization of reporting and their visualization by participating in the configuration of remuneration and management modules in the HRIS to automate the production of data. You will be able to propose improvements for the visualization of statistics and Powerpoint/Canva presentations and find solutions to automate data collection and their organization
Collect and analyze social data by monitoring and researching statistics allowing the implementation of results minimum, target and maximum reference for the indicators chosen in France.

Profile:

You are preparing for Bac+4 +5 level training in Human Resources specializing in social management control, remuneration and deferred benefits, payroll or HRIS.
You are someone organized, rigorous and responsive; knowing how to manage priorities independently while enjoying teamwork.
You have a great interest in the humanitarian sector.

Terms of employment

Status: 12-month professionalization or work-study apprenticeship contract
Duration of the contract: 12 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Desired pace of work: 3 days in the company, 2 days at school
Salary conditions:
– Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
– 21 days of RTT (prorated according to time of presence)
– Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
– Transport : 50% of the package between home and the workplace
– Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of 8 euros)
– Social benefits: social works, reductions on cinema tickets
Teleworking: Open to all from the mainland. Our teleworking policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 4 days per month is planned at the headquarters, with time dedicated to meetings and collective events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory attendance per week for your integration into the team.
