Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Security and Safety, your role will be to contribute to strengthening and developing the culture and management capacity of the field and headquarters teams in terms of security and safety.
More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Develop and propose the capacity building strategy for ACF headquarters and field teams in terms of security and safety.
Ensure the definition of relevant policies, strategies and tools to guarantee the development of security management skills for the ACF network (ACFIN).
Design training (in personal security or security or safety management), lead face-to-face or remote training (including training of trainers).
Coordinate the implementation of training in country offices by validated internal trainers and external service providers.
Manage and coordinate the implementation of the capacity building strategy for ACF teams.
In coordination with the Access Referent, plan and coordinate the development of access skills.
Strengthen the security pool and contribute to the recruitment of ACF-France security profiles, set up personalized follow-ups if necessary.
Contribute to the management of the Delegated Management team.

Profile:

You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in security management, safety, access, and/or a related field. You have at least 5 years of field experience in international NGOs with security responsibilities.
You have demonstrated excellent leadership skills and strong team management skills. You are able to supervise, motivate and train staff.
You are able to manage and optimize projects, particularly in an emergency context. You have experience in facilitating and designing security or safety training, both in person and remotely.
Mastery of training tools, such as the creation of videos, training capsules, and e-learning, would be a plus.
You have the ability to work effectively with local and international partners. You are ready to support partners in fulfilling their financial obligations and ensuring their compliance with donor standards.

Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.

Conditions of employment

Status: Independent Executive – Permanent contract Full-time – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 45K to 54K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 19 days of RTT

This position requires a mandatory presence at the headquarters for 2 days per week during the first 6 weeks of the internship.
Collective face-to-face times imposed / also mandatory by the employer: for collective meetings and events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence when you join the team
