Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Travel Coordinator, your responsibility will be to manage and supervise the movements of expatriate employees, headquarters employees and external stakeholders while optimizing costs.
More precisely, your role will be to:
Ensure the preparation, organization and monitoring of expatriates’ travel Analyze and evaluate the feasibility of a departure
Implement the procedures for obtaining visas and work permits
Organize travel logistics by integrating the constraints of the Logistics department
Organize and coordinate the reception of expatriates Ensure
the organization of travel for employees and external stakeholders
Optimize purchases of travel services and carry out commercial negotiations (control of costs on tickets, hotels, etc., negotiation and monitoring of contracts with suppliers)
Ensure monitoring and reporting of activity
Participate in the evolution and development of the service’s working tools
Manage the Departures Office intern

Profile:

You have already worked in the collection, production and transmission of documents related to obtaining visas and work permits, as well as in the formalization of procedures/processes.
You are capable of leading and supervising the management of briefings and debriefings of expatriate employees, and of taking charge of the management of disputes related to employee travel while implementing measures that will prevent their reproduction.
You are particularly competent in organizing travel under the best conditions and within the allotted time frame.
You know how to evaluate and choose one or more suppliers based on specifications and negotiate or support the negotiation of prices and conditions with suppliers. You are solution-oriented to provide support to users.
You communicate effectively and are able to listen in order to adapt your communication style and establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors. You know how to be firm wisely in balancing respect for the rules and pragmatism. You are responsive and you have very good organizational, autonomy and priority management skills. You are fluent in French and English.

YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Status: Integrated manager – 6-month fixed-term contract – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 36K to 41K euros gross annual over 13 months depending on experience

Teleworking:
Teleworking open to all from the metropolitan territory.
For this position, a compulsory presence at the headquarters of 4 days per month has been defined.
Collective face-to-face time imposed / also obligatory by the employer: for meetings and collective events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of compulsory presence when you join the team
