Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by ending hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, especially during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. YOUR POSITION AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the responsibility of the Field Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing quality, relevant and comprehensive WASH interventions in compliance with the strategy, ACF and international standards and national policies.
More precisely your missions will be to:
- Ensure the implementation, monitoring and reporting of WASH projects
- Supervise and manage your teams
- Feed reflection on the strategy and positioning of the WASH department
- Identify needs and contribute to project formulation
- Contribute to the Quality and Accountability process and to the measurement of the impact of its program
- Participate in the coordination, representation and partnerships of ACF in its area of intervention
- Contribuer à la capitalisation et le développement technique au sein de son secteur
VOTRE PROFIL
Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur en hydraulique rurale, génie civil, ou environnement.Vous avez une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans le secteur Eau Assainissement et Hygiène, dont au moins 1 an en coordination/gestion de projet.
Une expérience en contexte épidémiologique est souhaitée, ainsi qu’un sens élevé de l’organisation, de la planification et du respect des calendriers d’exécution.
Vous disposez de bonnes capacités d’analyse et rédactionnelle, et des compétences en formation et management d’équipe et gestion de conflits.Vous avez des expériences avérées en supervision d’activités de renforcement de capacité des communautés dans le domaine WASH.Vous démontrez des compétences en élaboration de plan d’ouvrages tels que les latrines avec des logiciels comme Autocard.
Des expériences avec ACF, en RDC, et avec des partenaires locaux seraient appréciées.Maitrise de l’anglais souhaitée.
VOS CONDITIONS D’EMPLOI
- 5 mois de contrat à durée déterminée d’usage de droit français, jusqu’au 30/11/2021.
- Salaire mensuel brut d’entrée de 2010 à 2335EUR en fonction de l’expérience. C2
- Per diem et frais de vie mensuels : 322$ + 552$ (cf eurocost) nets, versés sur le terrain.
- Allocation contexte mensuelle : 450EUR mensuel
- 16% du salaire mensuel brut de remboursement assurance retraite pour les citoyens non français.
- Transport et logement : Prise en charge des déplacements et logement collectif
- Couverture Médicale : 100% de la prise en charge des cotisations santé (CFE + complémentaire santé) et assurance rapatriement
- Leave and RnR: 25 days per year, 20 RTT per year and 215EUR paid during the recovery period
- Training: Unlimited and free access to the e-learning platform certifying Crossknowledge ©
