About: Action against Hunger
Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Security and Livelihoods – Water, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :
Ready to be part of a dynamic team within the Youth and Solidarity department? With nearly twenty passionate colleagues, you will work under the careful supervision of our Youth Project Management Officer to contribute to the management and logistics of our youth projects. This is a golden opportunity to dive into the heart of the action and gain invaluable practical experience.
Management of registrations: Receives, enters, updates and confirms registrations from establishments for our Youth & Solidarity projects.
Logistics: Ensure that establishments receive their equipment by liaising with our service providers. Logistics is your new mission!
Donation collection: Processes collected donations by collaborating with establishments, regional project managers and assistants. You will be responsible for acknowledging receipt, verifying and transferring donations. Also put your communication talent to work for digital collection!
Service life: Help organize our meetings, participate in awareness sessions and contribute to the organization of the Great Race Against Hunger.

Currently in Bac+3 training in the field of management, tool development or similar, you have very good organizational skills, data classification and you know how to demonstrate great rigor. For this purpose, mastery of the Officel Pack remains recommended.

Conditions of employment
Status: 12-month professionalization or work-study apprenticeship contract
Duration of contract: 12 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Work schedule: 3 days in the company, 2 days at school
Salary Conditions:
– Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to your age and your level of training, over 13 months
– 21 days of RTT (prorated according to your time of presence)
– Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
– Transport: 50% of the package between home and work
– Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of 8 euros)
– Bonus: social works, reductions on cinema tickets
Teleworking: We are flexible! You can work from home or at headquarters, depending on needs. A presence of 8 days per month at headquarters is required. Thus, only presence times at headquarters which will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of compulsory presence for the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
