At Save the Children Spain we are looking for a Technician to help maximize the impact of Save the Children’s interventions in the active defense of the rights of the most vulnerable children in the assigned territory, through the formulation of proposals, management technical, economic, equipment and relationship with other entities and social actors linked to the Inclusion and Social Security project.
TARGET
Contribute to maximizing the impact of Save the Children’s interventions in the active defense of the rights of the most vulnerable children in the assigned territory, through the formulation of proposals, technical and economic management, equipment management and relationships with other entities and social actors linked to the Inclusion and Social Security project.
FUNCTIONS
- Identify, formulate, manage: technically and economically, the Inclusion and Social Security project.
- Welcome, coordinate, train and evaluate the professional, volunteer or counterpart team associated with social action interventions through the identification, programming, execution, monitoring and evaluation of actions and activities.
- Coordinate relations with entities, media and agents external to SCE involved in the interventions.
- Ensure, manage and justify the actions of Inclusion and Social Security in matters: technical, normative and economic of the projects; and of the internal or external personnel involved in our interventions.
- Ensure the participation and inclusion of the voice of children and evidence of the programs in awareness actions, research and reports, marketing and media.
- Any other function according to their category that is entrusted to them by their manager.
TRAINING REQUIRED
- University degree in Social Work, Pedagogy, Psychology, Social Education and/or similar.
- Specialization or Post-graduate degree in: Formulation and Management of Social Projects and/or Children’s Rights.
- Use of tools at a professional level: Office automation –Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access…
- ESSENTIAL command of the following languages: Spanish.
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE
- Experience of at least 2 years in management of social programs, valuable CaixaProinfancia, at regional level.
- Experience in project management: financed through the European Social Fund, IRPF and CaixaProinfancia.
- Knowledge and experience in monitoring and economic justification of projects.
- Knowledge and extensive experience in intervention with minors and families at risk of social exclusion.
