WHAT DO WE DO …
SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an international humanitarian aid association which, for more than 40 years, has provided relief to populations victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters by responding to vital needs, drinking, eating and shelter. Particularly committed to the fight against diseases linked to unsafe water, the leading cause of death in the world, SI implements through its interventions expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation and promotion hygiene but also in the essential aspect of food security and means of existence. Present in around twenty countries, the SI teams – 2,000 people in total made up of expatriates, national staff, permanent staff at headquarters, a few volunteers, etc. – intervene with professionalism and commitment while respecting cultures.

Job environment:
Integrated within the Accountability and Partnership Development Department (RDP) whose primary mission is to ensure a high level of relationships, transparency and accountability, vis-à-vis our external partners, in the implementation implementation of our humanitarian activities, the Grants Management & Implementation Partnerships (GIP) department is specifically responsible for the following aspects:
- Management of the implementation partnership cycle with the various IS operational partners
- Management of the grant cycle for humanitarian projects with the organization’s various public funders
Under the hierarchical responsibility of the GIP service manager and under the functional supervision of the geographical manager of the PURPLE desk (Ukraine, Venezuela and Haiti), the CRDB has a strong link with the other services of the RDP department which are: the External Audits Service (SAE), the Institutional Cooperation Service (SCI) and the Private Partnerships Service (PPU), as well as with the entire desk team (particularly the Program Manager).
The Accountability and Donor Development Officer (CRDB) will also ensure the functional supervision of the Desk Assistant (co-supervision at headquarters), and the Grant Managers in the field/Reporting and Field Communication Officers.
Main functions of the position:
- Coordination of all processes related to the management of donor grants and implementation partnerships
- Support for the different countries of intervention in the development and monitoring of financing strategies
- Guarantee of compliance with donor rules for all grants and partnership agreements under its responsibility
- Representation to donors in conjunction with the field teams, the geographical manager and the institutional cooperation service (SCI) team within the RDP as well as the private partnerships team (PPU)

Position of the position in the organization chart (hierarchical and functional relationships):
- Under the hierarchical authority of the Head of the Grants Management and Implementation Partnerships Department within the RDP
- Under the functional supervision of the Geographic Manager
YOUR PROFILE
- Higher Diploma in Political Science, International Relations, International Development or equivalent
- Mastery of the operation and rules of institutional donors, procedures and submission platforms
- Mastery of contract cycle management, project cycle and implementation partnership cycle.
- Strong experience in reporting / project proposals with various donors and/or experience in project management funded by institutional donors
- Humanitarian field experience required
- Excellent writing skills in French and English, analysis and synthesis.
- Sufficient admin/financial knowledge to understand/reread financial reports/budgets
- Good planning, anticipation and coordination skills to meet deadlines and respond to internal and external requests
- Good prioritization skills. Adaptability and resistance to stress.
- Great sense of diplomacy and experience working in an intercultural environment.
- Team spirit, ability to unite and coordinate team members without being the manager/hierarchical supervisor
One more :
- Previous experience within Solidarités International, knowledge of IS tools
- Experience within the Headquarters of a Humanitarian Organization and/or similar position
IF WILL OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
- Position based at the headquarters of Solidarités International, in Clichy la Garenne (Metro Mairie de Clichy) with field travel
- Permanent contract – Framework status
- Gross monthly remuneration of: €3,183 or €3,316 (2 levels) depending on the scale in effect at headquarters
- Possibility of teleworking: 4 or 12 days of teleworking per month or 100% teleworking with 3 days of mandatory face-to-face work per month. In accordance with the Teleworking Charter in force and the manager.
- Leave: 2.0833 CP/month and 1 day of RTT/full month of work
- Mutual insurance (80%), restaurant tickets (60%), transport tickets (50%) covered by the association
- Recovery days and 100% medical coverage during field trips
