MAIN REPSONSIBILITIES:
The Process Analyst works with a team under the Finance Shared Services, that primarily
- Responsible for meeting the defined service levels and key measurement targets of the team
- Performs various controls and accounting related procedures, such as data upload, quality checks & control, and reconciliation both for field and headquarter
- Participate in the monthly and annual closing activities
- Manage day to day transactions related to invoices as well as other task related to performance of work
- Manage external and internal correspondence
- Proposes improvement of procedures and writes new procedures under supervision
SELECTION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any related course
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage
- At least 3 years working experience in accounting or as a process analyst
- Knowledge in Web-based Software Accounting applications (experience with JD Edwards or PeopleSoft is an advantage)
- Experience in processing invoices through an automated invoice payment system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, knowledge of French is an asset
- Excellent computer literacy (Excel, Word)
- Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Vigilant and has the ability to recognize risk of fraud
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- Very comfortable with office automation tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Electronic mail)
- Proven ability to work in a team, mobilise and motivate
- Readiness to work independently and under pressure
- Good aptitude to communicate and to provide replies to internal and externals’ requests
- Conscientious and responsible
- Flexible, honest and self-disciplined
- Respectful of the deadlines
- Organized and know how to set priorities
