Admin/Liaison Assistant At Save the Children

TITLE: Liaison / Admin Assistant (FEMALE ONLY) TEAM/PROGRAMME: HR/ Admin LOCATION: Kabul GRADE: (please leave this blank) CONTRACT LENGTH: Open / Ended

Level 1: A basic criminal record background (DBS) check is required/equivalent police record check.

Level 2: either the post holder will have access to personal data about children and/or young people as part of their work; or the post holder will be working in a ‘regulated’ position (accountant, barrister, solicitor, legal executive); therefore a police check will be required (at ‘standard’ level in the UK or equivalent in other countries).

Level 3: the post holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently (e.g. once a week or more) or intensively (e.g. four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work country programs; or are visiting country programs; or because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor or 14 Class graduate ) EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS (The Post holder shall has Two / Three Years experience in Admin / Liaison ) * Key accountabilities. * Receiving incoming calls/mail/package/deliver message/mail/package in office and distribute the same to relevant office. * Processing Monthly Roshan , AWCC invoices & make sure the payment proceed on time . * Booking Meeting Rooms in advance when request by SCI, Staff . * Keeping filing system up to date and accessible for the department. * Prepare purchase request form for purchase of goods etc. * Support Senior Liaison Officer for Administration activities with different line Ministries . * Maintaining staff Mobile phone logbook and ensure personal expenses reimbursement. * Checking AF-country office email account and forward email to concerned staff. * Tracking and recording of SCI, incoming , out going Letters . * Perform scanning of Liaison & Admin documents on monthly basis and reported to line Manager. * Manage all stationery, consumables, and maintenance stocks. * Any other tasks assigned by line manager.
