As an Advocacy Intern, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment, assisting the Program Team of HFHI Europe and Middle East (EME) Area Office, based in Bratislava (Nivy Tower), in their mission to accelerate housing ecosystem solutions, support affordable housing and eliminate energy poverty across the Central and Eastern European region. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting desk research on affordable housing and various EU policies. Additionally, you will support organization of events such as workshops and conferences, attend online and in-person events, and provide briefing materials and summaries. Administrative tasks and writing blogs for project websites will also be part of your role. Apart from being a great learning experience due to training, substantial tasks, proper involvement in the organization and mentorship, this internship position is paid, and you will be entitled to other employee benefits like meal vouchers or Multisport card. ***Working time:***Approximately 20hrs per week (flexible)

Required:
- Must be a University student, completed bachelor degree is an advantage
- Openness to learn and ability to process information
- Excellent command of English, especially in writing
- Interest in topics of housing/advocacy/sociology/EU grants
- Interest in a long-term internship for a year or two is an advantage
