ALForum Coordinator At Anna Lindh Foundation

The Anna Lindh Foundation (ALF) is seeking a highly motivated individual with distinctive organisational skills to join the ALF Secretariat as the role of the ALForum Coordinator.

The ALForum Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all communications, and organising schedules and activities related to the ALForum, a signature and unique tradition of the Anna Lindh Foundation.

The ALForum Coordinator will also participate in securing partnerships for the Forum to enhance its visibility, the funds available and optimize its reach and impact following the indications of the Executive Director.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication and content collection from the Foundation’s diverse Units
  • Ensure strict adherence to agreed upon timelines and schedules of all activities related to the ALForum
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of event coordination dynamics, emphasising a keen eye for details and strong organisational skills
  • Participating in securing partnerships for the Forum to enhance its visibility, the funds available and optimize its reach and impact

Requisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field related to the key above-detailed responsibilities
  • Minimum three years of work experience in event management, resource management, and logistics planning
  • Minimum three years of work experience in effectively managing partnerships
  • Previous experience showcasing coordination skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written and oral English skills
  • Proficient knowledge of standard computer software (MS Word®, Excel®, PowerPoint and Outlook®)

Assets

  • Previous experience within the context of the Euro-Mediterranean region or related to intercultural dialogue, demonstrating a solid understanding of these domains
  • Good written and oral Arabic and French skills
