Focus on the Communication Department

The Communication Department is made up of 11 people. The mission of its members is to define and implement the Communication strategy in line with the association’s communication challenges.

And the Digital Communication Assistant in all this?

As a Digital Communication Assistant, under the supervision of the Webmarketing and Digital Communication Manager and in close collaboration with the members of the Development and Innovation Department and the various teams on mission in the field, you implement Première Urgence Internationale’s digital communications strategy and ensure its monitoring.

You will be responsible for running social networks through the creation and planning of content. You will thus contribute to increasing PUI’s notoriety in order to encourage the collection of donations from the general public. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing key performances from social networks and the institutional site, and you will participate in producing reports. You participate in the identification, mobilization and supervision of influencers. In line with the digital communication strategy, you will create multimedia content (photos, infographics, videos, etc.). You ensure daily technological monitoring and benchmarking in the international solidarity sector in order to identify new marketing and communication opportunities. Finally, you will contribute to the life of the Communication department and the association.

What you will need to get this work-study program

  • Training: You must be attached to a training center approved by the State and prove that you are pursuing a higher diploma, Bac+4 or Bac+5 level, in a Communication, Business School or of Economics and Social Sciences.
  • Experience: Experience in an associative environment will be valued.
  • Skills: You have a proven interest in the digital communication sector and current practice in social networks, and you have a particular appetite for the humanitarian aid and development aid sector. You must have skills in community management, and solid knowledge in digital marketing.
  • Required qualities: You are dynamic, able to work in a team and independently, creative and versatile. You demonstrate good interpersonal skills as well as real writing skills in French and English.
  • Languages: French and English have no secrets for you? So much the better, these are two essential languages ​​for this position!

PUI will offer you

  • Status: Employee on professionalization contract or apprenticeship contract
  • Salary :

Professionalization contract: Percentage of the minimum wage determined based on age and diploma

Apprenticeship contract: Percentage of the minimum wage determined according to age and year of apprenticeship

  • Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)
  • Medical coverage : 80% of the Health and Insurance mutual insurance
  • Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
  • Five days off for exams
  • A flexible teleworking policy , based on three modalities.
