Focus on the Recruitment & Skills Development Department
The Recruitment and Skills Development Department is made up of 10 people. The mission of its members is to recruit and manage mobility by professional sector for Headquarters and the Field, and to develop the skills of its employees throughout the world.
And the Recruitment & Mobility Assistant in all this?
As a Recruitment & Mobility Assistant, under the direct supervision of the Recruitment Manager and in close collaboration with the 6 Recruitment & Mobility Managers, you will participate in the operation of the new Recruitment & Development department. SKILLS.
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Announcement management: You will manage and publish job offers on job boards and on appropriate social networks, for intern and work-study positions.
- Recruitment: You will independently lead all recruitment of interns and work-study students for the headquarters.
- HR monitoring: You will participate in monitoring interns, particularly on their mid-internship and end-of-internship evaluations.
- HR Communication: You will manage the bi-monthly HR newsletter, create and write HR articles and you will participate in COM/HR discussions, particularly on the Employer Brand and the candidate/employee experience.
- Transversal/interdepartmental: You will participate in the Association’s departmental and interdepartmental meetings as well as operational training modules for all interns and work-study students at headquarters.
What you will need to get this work-study program
- Training: You must be attached to a training center approved by the State and have a higher diploma, Bac+4 level, for an HR or generalist profile (international relations, humanitarian, etc.).
- Experience: Experience working in a team, in an associative environment and/or internationally will be valued. Have you already worked with Première Urgence Internationale? This will be an undeniable asset!
- Skills: You have very good writing skills in French as well as English, are proficient in computers (Office Pack), and have good communication skills. Knowledge of video editing software will be highly appreciated.
- Required qualities: You have a proven interest in the International Solidarity sector. You demonstrate autonomy, curiosity, creativity, humor, calm and are proactive. You show good relational and adaptation skills, empathy, rigor, good stress management and priorities. You have a sense of discretion and respect confidentiality.
- Languages: French and English have no secrets for you? So much the better, these are two essential languages for this position!

PUI will offer you
- Status: Employee on professionalization contract or apprenticeship contract
- Salary :
Professionalization contract: Percentage of the minimum wage determined based on age and diploma
Apprenticeship contract: Percentage of the minimum wage determined according to age and year of apprenticeship
- Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of the Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)
- Medical coverage : 80% of the Health and Insurance mutual insurance
- Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
- Five days off for exams
- A flexible teleworking policy , based on three modalities.
