Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Accounting Department Manager, your role will be to ensure legal and tax monitoring and support the implementation of new accounting regulations as part of the “Field Accounting System” project.
More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Set up the regulations for the field accounting system in the countries concerned and contribute to the development of the accounting of ACF France entities.
Support regional representatives from a technical accounting point of view with a view to supporting the annual closing.
Participate in the training materials required by teams in the field.
Actively participate in the project committee (presentation support, information).
Monitor the implementation of commitment accounting (accounting plan to be adapted and closing entries to be validated).
Ensure legal monitoring and monitor compliance with legal obligations at the head office accounting level.
Ensure the preparation and submission of the working file on the project to the chartered accountant at the head office for validation.
Participate in the development of the specifications for the implementation of the Field Accounting System.
Participate in defining the needs of the tool.
Field trips are possible to support the finance teams within our Country Offices.

Profile:

You have a higher education in accounting (DCG and/or DSCG). You have at least 5 years of professional experience in accounting.
You have the ability to identify and analyze accounting and budgetary issues, and to formulate recommendations and/or alerts to the appropriate contacts for their resolution.
You know how to use accounting techniques and account review methods. Mastery of financial software (SAGA and UBW) is essential.
You are organized and able to manage priorities.
You are recognized for your power of conviction and your communication skills (written and oral).
Participation in a project to comply with accounting regulations would be a plus.

Conditions of employment

Status: Integrated Executive – 12-month fixed-term contract – Full-time
Start date: ASAP
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 40K to 49K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
