Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Logistics Department Manager, you will implement the management policy for the premises, the mission’s vehicle fleet as well as the IT aspects to guarantee logistics performance and provide the best support to the programs.
More precisely, your missions will be to:
Ensure the management of the fleet of vehicles and generators Maintain the fleet of vehicles and generators in good condition
Make vehicles and electricity available to users
Monitor the consumption of vehicles and generators
Ensure general management of the overall mechanics of the mission
Ensure that users are trained for the correct use of vehicles and generators
Ensure compliance with national movement monitoring procedures via the management of radio operators
Manage IT aspects Supervise the installation, maintenance and repairs of radio communication means
Supervise the proper monitoring and maintenance of mission equipment and their deployment on the bases
Integrate IT needs into project proposals and advise the bases
Ensure the correct management of the NAS by the team and regular backup
Ensure the availability of equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the base (office and guest) Monitor the various stocks linked to the operation of the base (fuel, stationery, electrical equipment, etc.)
Centralize and anticipate the logistical needs of the departments and the guest in conjunction with HR (vehicles, stationery, repair needs, miscellaneous)
Issue DAs according to needs
Manage the rehabilitation and maintenance of the premises Ensure the construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of the premises structures necessary for the operation of the base: offices, programs, house, warehouse
Participate in the mission strategy on the positioning of premises via plans and optimization of existing resources (new office/hibernation house)
Ensure that everyone is brought up to standard buildings
Supervise and manage the General Resources logistics team (animation, monitoring, motivation, etc., bi-annual evaluation of performance and skills)

Profile:

You have training in logistics at Bac+3 level or higher, with a technical appetite for this field.
You have experience in team management.
You are ideally familiar with Link as well as the Action Against Hunger processes.
Working in an international environment, fluency in English is necessary, both oral and written.

Terms of employment

Fixed-term contract under French law: 12 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475 euros depending on experience
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Increase in base salary: 6 % every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 729 euros net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 300 euros
Child allowance: 1500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6000 euros/year )
Transport and accommodation: Coverage for travel and collective accommodation
Medical Coverage: 100% of coverage for health contributions (CFE + supplementary health) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance schemes (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR : 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; payment of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR
