Assignment :

The main mission of the associative engagement assistant will be to promote engagement within the organization, both internally with employees, volunteers and members, and externally to attract new committed volunteers. This 4 to 6 month internship aims to develop synergies between different profiles of committed people and to strengthen the understanding of the paths of engagement within ACF. Among
your missions, you will be responsible for:
– Contributing to the development of the link with the members of the association
Writing and laying out the newsletter for members.
Creating content adapted to social networks and ensuring publication.
Leading training sessions for members.
– Providing support for the recruitment and integration of volunteers at headquarters
Publish volunteer search ads on our dedicated platforms.
Proposing visuals, creative videos to promote volunteering at headquarters.
Create video and photo content to promote and welcome new people internally.
– Administer the ACF volunteer database
Create files for each new volunteer.
Archive volunteer agreements.
Ensure extraction for the analysis of our volunteering.
– Contribute to the promotion of associative engagement internally
Create content adapted to social networks and ensure its publication.
Explain the engagement channels to ACF expatriates before they leave on their mission.
– Support the setting up of associative events
Provide support in the organization of various events
– Contribute to the development of our associative practices
Monitor communications highlighting volunteering at headquarters, members and volunteers in general.
Participate in meetings and discussions with associations in the ACF network.

Profile:

You have a minimum of a Bac+3 degree, ideally in the fields of communication, social sciences or international development.
Passionate about humanitarian issues and sensitive to global issues.
You are creative and have the ability to propose innovative ideas for communication campaigns. Don’t hesitate to include a portfolio in your application.
You are proficient in Social Networks, Canva, and ideally video editing software.
You are rigorous in database management and have the ability to analyze Excel.
You have a team spirit, autonomy and adaptability.

Conditions of employment

Mandatory Condition: Have an internship agreement issued by a French law school
. Duration of the Internship: 6 months
. Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary Conditions:
– Internship compensated at the level of the minimum legal hourly compensation (on a basis of 35 hours per week)
– 21 days of RTT (prorated to the time spent in the organization)
– Days of absence for exams, university research, etc.
– Transport: 50% of the package between home and the workplace
– Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
– 175 euros / year (social works) and reduction on cinema tickets
. Teleworking: Open to all and from the metropolitan territory, our teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring a mandatory time spent at the association’s headquarters, and allows you to choose to fully or partially exercise the rest of this time by teleworking. For this purpose, a mandatory presence at the headquarters of 12 days per month has been defined for this position. Times of presence at the headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of mandatory presence during the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
