Assignment :

You will be attached to the OFP (Tools, Training and Projects) team of the Administrative and Financial Department of the headquarters, whose mission is notably to train employees in financial tools and procedures. As the majority of employees are in the field, e-learning is at the heart of our strategy!
You will therefore have the opportunity to support the Financial Training Coordinator in the development and improvement of digital training. Concretely, you will be in charge of:
Contribute to the development of e-learning projects on ACF’s financial tools
– Create and produce training modules on Articulate Storyline
– Participate in the development of synopses and storyboards
– Cooperate in project management . To do this, you will have the chance to collaborate with various stakeholders from different departments at headquarters and in the field (business experts, translators, proofreaders, etc.)!
– Participate in putting training on the Learning Management System (LMS) online and monitoring the activity
Contribute to the implementation and improvement of existing training
– Take part in the implementation and organization logistics of virtual training classes, webinars, face-to-face training, videos, etc.
– Participate in the writing or review of the necessary educational resources (educational scenarios, practical cases, surveys, quizzes, appendices, etc.)
– Support facilitators and users in using digital tools (Teams, Wooclap, etc.)
Provide support for the project to provide operating procedures for all finance processes at ACF
– Propose formal improvements to operating procedures and finance FAQs
– Provide support for the organization of the provision of operating procedures

Profile:

In Master 1 or 2 in educational engineering, you know how to write and format documents, formalize procedures and build training courses.
You are an educator, a good listener and have a good sense of communication. You are able to meet deadlines and demonstrate rigor and creativity.
You are proficient in office tools (Office Pack) and you have a good foundation in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in authoring software such as Articulate Storyline and an LMS would be a plus, but otherwise we will be happy to train you!

Terms of employment

Status: 12-month work-study professionalization or apprenticeship contract
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum (percentage of the SMIC depending on age and level of training) on 13 months
21 days of RTT (prorated according to the time spent in the organization)
Health coverage, welfare: 80% covered by ACF
Transport: 50% covered by the package between home and place of work
Vouchers- restaurant: 60% covered by the association for a value of 8 euros
Social works and reduction on cinema tickets
Teleworking: Open to all and from the metropolitan area, the teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring a mandatory presence time at the association’s headquarters, and allows you to choose to fully or partially exercise the rest of this time by teleworking. In fact, a mandatory presence of 3 days per month has been defined for this position. Presence time at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing: 3 days per month on average for meetings and collective events and 2 days of compulsory presence for the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
