Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Experts Center Manager, you will contribute to the design, development, evolution and support of software solutions and provide technical expertise to developers.
More precisely, your role will be to:
Technically design the functionalities of the ACF headquarters and grounds users Participate in the detailed functional analysis of user needs
Study and qualify the opportunities and the technical feasibility of the needs under the supervision of the Technical Architect
Develop and write the technical design, based on functional specifications
Develop functionalities on the Front End and Back End side Participate in the choice and modeling of databases
Carry out the development and creation of functionalities, modules and solutions
Prioritize, plan, industrialize and carry out production functionalities, modules and solutions developed
Write technical documents concerning the development carried out in order to facilitate support, evolution and scale-up
Ensure improvement in code quality and platform performance: tests, performance , integration, etc. Be responsible for the quality, improvement, maintenance and evolution of existing functionalities, modules and solutions
Define protocols and test scenarios (UAT, etc.)
Test, identify and deal with possible malfunctions solution developed
Analyze the results and write test reports
Check the conformity of the capabilities of the work with the request formulated by the users
Contribute to the operation and continuity of the IS and in particular to applications developed internally Be available for any file on request of the Head of the Experts Center
Participate in the maintenance in operational condition of the IS, ensuring the quality of developments and technological updates to maintain the state of the art
Be proactive and able to respond to expressions of concern needs of internal users
Ensure the role of technical referent on development activities Coordinate technological monitoring with developers and the Technical Architect and share it

Profile:

You have initial or additional training at minimum Bac +3 level, specialized in IT.
You have significant and diversified experience as a FullStack developer, with an ability to adapt to all types of development technologies on the classic market.
You master the following tools:
Javascript / Angular / Typescript / NodeJs
PHP (and knowledge of Symfony-type frameworks)
Jenkins / Sonar
Firebase / Mysql / Postgresql
You are particularly competent in setting up unit tests and integration tests .
You have skills and experience training and supporting other developers (tech-Lead), as well as an ability to take on the role of scrum master in an agile operating team.

Terms of employment

Status: Integrated Manager – Permanent contract – Full time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 40K to 47K euros gross annual over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
Benefits: 21 days of RTT
