Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Logistics – Procurement Department Manager, your responsibility will be to ensure continuity of service at the Country Office for which you will be responsible, and in particular to participate in updating the procurement plan for 2025 for your geographical area.
In this context, your missions will be to:
Manage mission supplies in coordination with internal and external stakeholders of the department
Ensure the management of the International Procurement Assistant
Participate in the development of internal tools and processes

Profile:

You have a minimum level 6 training (formerly level II) in the field of logistics (Supply, Purchasing, Transport).
You have field experience within an international NGO, and ideally with Action Against Hunger.
You have at least 6 months’ experience in the field of logistics, in supply, transport or distribution.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Conditions of employment

Status: Integrated Executive – 5-month fixed-term contract until 12/31/2024 – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 36K to 41K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 21 days of RTT
