Assignment :

Under the supervision of the Production Department Manager, your missions will be as follows:
Provide assistance to usersProvide hardware and software technical support (office automation and utilities) to users at headquarters and in the field: take into account, qualify and process problems reportedAssist
users at headquarters and in the field in securing their dataCarry
out integration/information sessions for new employees regarding the IT tools and resources at headquartersParticipate
in the administration of the client’s IT fleetSupport the IT support administrator in managing computer stock and loans (specifications, orders and updating the IT equipment database)
Participate in the planning and organization of all fleet management tasks (deployment planning, renewal, saving documents during handover, etc.)
Install and configure new computers/software (operating system and standard software) with network connection (in conjunction with Network Administrator)
Perform hardware/software maintenance and repair (operating systems, office automation and utilities) of computers, printers (local and network), photocopiers and scanners
Participate in monitoring immobilized IT equipment throughout their use
Carry out certain network administration tasks (directly linked to user management)
Contribute to ensuring technological monitoring (by documenting and contacting suppliers)
Contribute to the operation and improvement of the IT department Participate in identifying and collecting the needs for new media, all forms combined, which can facilitate the appropriation of tools by users
Contribute to the development of new media for users (special cases, training courses, adaptations if necessary, etc.) to supplement existing user guides, training materials and memos
Participate in monitoring the rules for using tools and systems

Profile:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science with solid experience in computer system administration and user support. You are comfortable with installing, configuring and maintaining operating systems and office tools.
This position involves a high level of technicality, with access to workstation management interfaces (SCCM), users (Office365, Active Directory), videoconferencing rooms (Poly, Barco) and security (Bitdefender).
You are proactive and your communication skills have already allowed you to unite around a project. With excellent interpersonal skills and a strong taste for teamwork, you are recognized for your qualities of rigor, synthesis and listening.
You are service-oriented, proactive, organized and you know how to manage priorities effectively.
Working in an international environment, you are comfortable in English, both orally and in writing.

Conditions of employment

Status: Supervisor – 12-month fixed-term contract until 12/31/2025 – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 34K to 41K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days per year of paid leave and 21 days of RTT
