Assignment :
Under the supervision of the Head of the SMSP and Protection Department, your role will be to capitalize on the implementation processes and technical aspects of the psychosocial approach, in the nutritional care of severely acutely malnourished children, by mobile teams and health training in the South East and Far South of Madagascar.
In this context, your missions will be to:
Design the methodology with the mission project team and the technical support of the Headquarters Develop the framework note and the methodology for conducting the capitalization
Design the tools for data collection
Ensure the updating and monitoring of the schedule
Plan and carry out data collections (primary and secondary) in the intervention areas in the field, including the conduct of consultation workshops at the Regional level Participate in the review of secondary data (project reviews, project evaluation reports, capitalization, intervention results) to document the processes, results, impacts of the intervention
Ensure the training of supervisors and investigators in the field
Ensure the link with the field team for the realization of data collections
Organize and lead the consultation internally at the level of the field teams
Organize and lead the conduct of workshops with health authorities and partners in the intervention areas (Grand Sud and Sud Est)
Ensure the supervision of the collection of beneficiary testimonies
Contribute to analyses, synthesis, recommendations and knowledge sharingAnalyze the data collected
Write a report combining the 2 Regions of the study including lessons learned, knowledge developed, obstacles and successes of SMSP management integrated with Health/Nutrition in EM and CRENI (processes and techniques)
Propose recommendations to improve the intervention (revision of the SMSP SOP and SMSP/Nutrition integration) and for the replicability of the intervention in connection with the update of the national protocol for the management of acutely malnourished children
Present the results internally to ACF and externally (partners, local authorities, cluster, etc.)

Profile:
You hold a degree in psychology, human or social sciences, with at least 3 years of experience in project management and capitalization methodology, project monitoring and evaluation.
You have ideally already worked with ACF.
You are familiar with interventions in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support, Health/Nutrition, particularly in humanitarian projects.
You have significant experience in capitalizing on good practices and lessons learned from humanitarian projects.
You have knowledge of the Malagasy context, particularly the South and South East.
You are able to analyze and write clear and concise reports.
You have the ability to manage time and allocated resources and to work within short deadlines.
You have already successfully managed teams of daily service providers.
You are fluent in French, both orally and in writing, and have a professional level in English.
Employment conditions
For national candidates:
Fixed-term contract under Malagasy law: 3 months
Basic salary: from 6,890,927 MGA to 7,442,201 MGA depending on experience
Housing allowance: 150,000.00
Context allowance: 70,000.00
Health insurance with NY HAVANA for you and your family
A 13th month pro rata will be paid to you
For international candidates:
Fixed-term contract under French law: 3 months
Gross monthly salary: from 2,597 to 2,968 euros depending on experience
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 536 euros net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 150 euros
Child allowance: 1,500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6,000 euros/year)
Transport and accommodation: Coverage of travel and collective accommodation
Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + supplementary health insurance) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance arrangements (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; ticket support with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros flat-rate compensation per RnR
