Job Summary:
The Analyst, Identity and Access Management is responsible for executing and administering CRS Information Security Identity and Access functions and supporting systems. Responsibilities will include overall systems management; support and execution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy and the related solutions/projects; organizational awareness, processes and procedures and compliance with audits/assessments related to security administration.
Working closely with the Senior Manager, Data protection and Information Security, the Analyst, Identity and Access Management will require coordination, communication with all levels of CRS business, Project Management Office, and Information Technology teams to execute automated access provisioning solutions. This Analyst will need to demonstrate leadership, drive, and agility within the IAM.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the unit’s strategic roadmap and all business-related identity management integration projects
- Execute Identity and Access Management program at the organization level ensuring IAM Best Practices are being followed
- Implement provisioning and de-provisioning of user access to various enterprise systems and applications. Create accounts, assign permissions, delete accounts, and complete the appropriate modifications when a user’s role changes in accordance with CRS’s Standards and Procedures.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements for security access and administration functions
- Coordinate, plan and prioritize a varied workload related to Identity and Access management technologies working with all levels within the organization
- Assist in development of documentation, subject training, and other knowledge material on IAM
- Build working relationships with IAM vendor product management, development and engineering teams
- Assess existing processes and suggest new ones that most effectively anticipate, manage and reduce risk
- Maintain regulatory awareness and compliance and ensure adherence to risk-related policies and best practices
- Demonstrate and embed the behaviors and competencies that create a risk management mind-set in the organization
- Work as part of a security incident response team as required

Required/Desired Foreign Language:
- English is required, French is a plus
Travel Required:
- Occasional travel, approximately 5-10%
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security administration operations, provisioning systems, tools and processes
- Exceptional understanding of managing identity and access management technology solutions including integrations, application deployments and operational management
- Experience of Identity Governance & Administration, Access Management & Federation
- Experience facilitating business process design as it relates to managing identities and access privileges
- Experience with Role Based Access Control and Definition
- Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Windows Active Directory Services, Azure AD and Office 365.
- Strongly prefer experience with Privilege Access Management solutions, Cloud IAM best practices and multi-factor authentication solutions among other technologies
- Experience in managing Information Security compliance.
- In depth knowledge of Information risk concepts / relating business needs to security controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills, applied with a solution-focused attitude.
- Experience in providing help desk services.
- Proficiency in the use of help desk tools.
- ITIL Foundation certification. Any of the following certification is a plus: CCSP, CISA, GCIA, CSSLP
- Good grasp of the technologies in use in CRS.
