Missions

Reporting to the Financial Manager, the Accountant will participate in the proper maintenance of general accounting until the annual closing operations or during interim situations. You will contribute to the reliability of the accounts, the accuracy of the accounting entries at the end of the financial year, otherwise during interim situations in compliance with the deadlines for publication of the accounts and the obligations of accounting law.

Your main missions:

  • Perform the entry, reconciliation and posting of accounting entries.
  • Make payments to various suppliers and partners
  • Carry out analyses of general accounts in order to prepare supporting files for the end-of-year balance sheet.
  • Participate in interim and annual accounting closings.

Your profile

  • You are currently a student in accounting, finance or management (BAC+2 to BAC+5 level) and are looking for a work-study position;
  • You are organized, autonomous and know how to manage priorities. Interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a network will be key assets for this position;
  • You are proficient in the Office Pack and, ideally, G Suite;
  • You adhere to the values ​​of Action Education.

Terms

  • Duration: 12-month apprenticeship contract
  • Remuneration: According to the remuneration scale for work-study contracts
  • Start: As soon as possible
  • Location: 53 boulevard de Charonne – 75011 Paris (teleworking possibilities – 2 days per week)
  • Working hours: Full time (35 hours)
