Le Service Comptabilité se compose de 7 personnes. La mission de ses membres est de gérer la comptabilité générale du siège et des missions de l’Association.
Et le Adjoint.e Responsable Comptable – Comptabilité Terrain dans tout ça?
En tant que Adjoint.e Responsable Comptable – Comptabilité Terrain, sous la supervision hiérarchique du Responsable Comptable, vous assurerez le suivi, le contrôle et l’enregistrement des comptabilités des missions de Première Urgence Internationale à l’étranger et vous participerez à l’amélioration des outils et procédures comptables de l’Association.
A cet effet, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :
- Management: You will accompany and supervise the field accounting assistants, you will ensure the good circulation of’information and will be in charge of workload analysis. You will also be in charge of the development and updating of individual’action plans and the conduct of semi-annual and/or annual’ appraisal interviews.
- Supervision of the Accounting Mission : You will be in charge of the verification and the monthly processing of the accounts (paper and electronic SAGA) sent from the bets. You will be in charge of monthly exchange rate validation in SAGA. You will be the guarantor of the’integration of SAGE scripts in SAGA and the correspondence of SAGE-SAGA databases. You will participate in the annual’arranged accounts of the’association. You will provide ongoing technical support to field administrators.
- Supervision of management issues: You will control budget imputations in accordance with the budgets of operations.
- Capacity development of field accounting teams : You will participate in the training of field administrators during their visit to Headquarters or on site as required. You will be in charge of the’ development of’a catalogue of the’ set of training courses to be provided. You will develop and deliver e-learning training modules.
- Development and improvement of financial tools : You will develop the tools and procedures for better efficiency in the management of ABXLs and interactions between headquarters and field accounting. You will be in charge of managing general settings and deploying new versions of the SAGA software. You will be in charge of the development of accounting plans and procedures in connection with the management department projects.

What you will need to succeed
Formation
You can justify an initial training (Bac+4/5) in accounting and/or management.
Experience
Do you have’ experience in accounting? C’is indispensable. Have you worked with First International Emergency? It will be an undeniable asset!
Skills
Do you master the SAGA software ? This post is made for you!
Qualities required
Vous montrez un bon relationnel, une facilité de communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral, et vous avez le goût du travail en équipe. Vous faites preuve de fiabilité et de sens des responsabilités, de rigueur et d’organisation, de réactivité et d’adaptabilité. Vous avez une excellente résistance au stress et une capacité à travailler sous pression.

Statut: Cadre
Salaire: 3500 EUR bruts mensuel sur 12 mois
Couverture médicale: 100% de la mutuelle Santé et Prévoyance
Prise en charge: Prise en charge à hauteur de 50% du titre de transport et à hauteur de 60% des Tickets Restaurant (d’une valeur faciale de 10€)
Repos: 5 semaines de congés payés par an + 1 RTT par mois (37h/semaine)
