Mission 2: Contribute to supporting companies – Support companies when registering for events – Create and update standard event animation emails (rankings, registrations) – Organize event presentation sessions for participating companies (video conferences) – With the project manager, create customer files and invoice files for participating companies. Mission 3: Contribute to supporting volunteers and participants – Manage the recruitment of volunteers for the Challenge against Hunger in Paris – Monitor volunteer registrations for the event – Provide support for the #Connectedagainsthunger application Mission 4: Contribute to communication about the event – Work in conjunction with the ACF communications department on writing articles – Regularly update the websites of each event – Supervise the creation of videos for the events Mission 5: Contribute to capitalization – Write a report on the events – Regularly monitor the sector Profile : You are preparing a Bac+4/5 in Events, Communication, Logistics (major business schools, IEP, major universities, etc.). Ideally, a first experience in volunteering is a plus. You are recognized for your tact, your flexibility and your ability in relationships with your interlocutors and endowed with creativity and strength of proposal. Conditions of employment – Mandatory Condition: Have an internship agreement issued by a French law educational institution – Duration of the Internship: 6 months (based in Montreuil, 102 rue de Paris) – Desired Start Date: 02/12/2025 – Salary Conditions: Internship compensated at a rate of 4.57 euros net per hour (based on 35 hours per week). Weekly working hours (38.75 hours). Meal vouchers at 8 EUR (60% covered by ACF). Coverage of 50% of public transport costs. – -Teleworking: There is an ACF teleworking policy which defines the activities of the position requiring a mandatory presence time at the association’s headquarters, and allows you to choose to carry out part of the work by teleworking.
