The Center for Reflection on Humanitarian Action and Knowledge ( Crash ) is an original structure in the world of NGOs. Its raison d’être: animate the debate and critical reflection on field practices and public positioning in order to improve the action of the association.
Crash members carry out and lead advisory missions, studies and analyzes concerning MSF’s action. They work in close coordination with MSF operational managers. They take part in internal training sessions as well as in project evaluation missions. Finally, they represent the association in meetings, symposiums and other places of research and reflection linked in particular to universities, intergovernmental bodies and NGOs.
Le Crash is looking for a: Intern assistant broadcasting / communication M/F
Within the Crash team, you participate in:
- Internal and external distribution of productions;
- Animation of social networks (publication, moderation, performance analysis);
- The management of the ( publication website, media monitoring for site animation, traffic analysis, reporting of bugs and monitoring of the implementation of new functionalities ) ;
- The proofreading, editing and translation of certain publications ( French – English / English – French ) ;
- Organizing and promoting Crash conferences
- Note of meetings
Profile sought
Training : BAC level + 3 or more, in social sciences / communication / journalism / web.
Skills :
- Interest in the humanitarian / associative universe and the Crash productions ;
- Good knowledge of social networks ( Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn ) ;
- Familiarity with web writing and the content management system ( Drupal ) ;
- Knowledge of the Adobe and / or Mailchimp suite is a plus.
Languages: French and English level C1 minimum.
Status: 6-month full-time internship, based in Paris, metro Jaurès. Compulsory internship agreement.
Conditions: Compensation according to level of studies (from €4.48/hour Bac +3 to €6.55/hour Bac +5 and more).
Package of 20 restaurant vouchers/month, with a face value of €11 (60% covered by Médecins sans frontières); 2 days of compensated rest per month; 50% reimbursement of the public transport pass (no reimbursement of train tickets for residents outside Île-de-France coming to work in Paris).
