Here’s where you come in:

As the CA4 – Cluster Director, you will strategically ensure the impact and relevance of World Vision (WV) in the Cluster formed by the four (4) offices of: El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua; by leading the collaborative integration of the National Offices through establishing and implementing a shared strategic framework that includes impact, sustainability, external engagement, programming and organizational effectiveness. You will also be in charge of fostering relationships with and maintaining accountability to Boards and Advisory Councils (ACs) within the Cluster and will be responsible for ensuring the leverage of local resources and success for a major impact.

Requirements include:

  • Master’s degree in Management, Social Sciences or equivalent.
  • +10 years in executive leadership positions in multinationals or international organizations.
  • Experience in a regional or sub-regional level in one of the major ministries (Relief, Development, Advocacy) and close familiarity with others too.
  • Experience in working with external partners in regional and sub-regional contexts.
  • Experience in coordinating and communicating persuasively with Board, Senior Management Team, staff, donors, NGOs, government officials, community leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Central America, preferred: El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua.
  • High fluent level of professional and technical Spanish and English, spoken and written.
  • The position requires the ability and willingness to travel nationally and/or internationally up to 25% of the time.
