Summary of the position
Providing case management services to people exposed to the earthquake disaster, especially the vulnerable groups and the most vulnerable at the individual level, conducting needs assessments, and making the necessary referrals for other services needed by the beneficiary, while ensuring that the needs and privacy of the beneficiaries are respected.
Key relationships:
Psychiatrist, psychologist, PSS workers, MHPSS Center staff
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinating with other organizations to conduct an effective external referral process and to update the map of services and information periodically in the various services.
- Conducting an assessment of the beneficiaries’ needs and vulnerability criteria and identifying the priority of the response.
- Follow up, referrals, and ensure that the beneficiaries have access to services in coordination with service providers and referral agencies.
- Documenting internal and external assessments and referrals.
- Conducting group awareness sessions about human rights violations if needed.
- Preparing case management reports and sharing them with the team leader.
- Any other tasks related to the work and required by the direct supervisor.
THE CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Qualifications required.
- A university degree in the relevant field of study (e.g., Bachelor of Psychology or Sociology is mandatory or any related certificate.
- Minimum one year Experience as a Case referral worker
Languages:
- Fluent written and spoken in Arabic (native speaker)
- Intermediate written and spoken in Turkish.

- MS – Word
