Takaful Al Sham Charity is a non-governmental civil society organization devoted to alleviating the suffering and improving the sustainability mechanisms of conflict-affected population.
Takaful Al Sham Charity partners directly with affected Syrian populations delivering humanitarian and development programs, Livelihood, Education, and Protection, to enable them to improve their living practices and their sustainability mechanisms.

Job Purpose
Support, follow-up, and coordinate the operations of the Ruya Center for Adolescents, provide the necessary needs, ensure the provision of safety and security requirements, and improve the quality of outputs to provide quality and distinct services to the beneficiaries.
Requirements and Key Responsibilities:
• Hire the center’s staff and supervise their tasks.
• Archive Adolescent data and keep them up to date.
• Preparing monthly reports, activities reports, and all reports requested by the project manager.
• Follow up with the trainers, coordinate their schedules and archive their data.
• Constant communication with adolescents and their parents.
• Follow up on the implementation of the center’s activities.
• Provide training sessions to Adolescents as needed.
• Prepare the centers’ purchase and funding requests and follow them up.
• Adherence to the organization’s code of conduct.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field.
• Experience of not less than two years in management.
• Strong computer skills.
• Proven training skills.
• Knowledge and adherence to humanitarian work principles.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Teamwork skills
