Change Management Lead At ICAP

Position Summary

It is anticipated that this is a 24-month position directly aligned to the life of the ERP project. The position is located onsite at ICAP offices on the Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) campus in New York City. The Change Management Lead effectively manages the change required to enable the successful deployment and adoption of the new ERP system and the associated changes in business processes, structure, staff roles and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assesses and validates the scope and impact of required changes associated with the ERP project and system.
  • Leads the development and implementation of an integrated change management strategy and plan, validates progress and recommends modifications, as needed.
  • Develops indicators and institutes measurement and reporting plans to allow for assessment of change management throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Serves as a change liaison for key stakeholders to assist with championing and facilitating change, supporting and coaching other stakeholders to drive the required organizational change.
  • Develops and leads a comprehensive Communication Plan for the ERP Project to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Performs other duties, as required, in support of the project.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in education and experience in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or other related field.
  • At least five (5) years of experience focused on business process transformation, adoption of new systems or other organizational change initiatives.
  • Direct experience with lifecycle change management related to the implementation and deployment of new ERP systems or other large enterprise initiatives within complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to identify and translate requirements into change management strategies and plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong skills in problem-solving and consensus building.

Other Requirements

  • Up to 6 trips of international travel, lasting 2-3 weeks in duration will be required.
