Acteur majeur de l’économie sociale et solidaire, la Croix-Rouge française pilote un réseau de plus de 600 établissements et services dans les secteurs de la santé, du médico-social et de la formation. Elle est à la tête également de 12 instituts régionaux de formation sanitaire et sociale.
A l’international, la CRF intervient dans 16 pays aux côtés des Sociétés Nationales et 2 plateformes régionales (PIRAC et PIROI), sur les thématiques suivantes : Santé et Gestion des risques de catastrophe.

Le 8 septembre 2023, un séisme secoue le Maroc causant près de 3 000 morts et de 6 000 blessés. Le Croissant-Rouge marocain et le Mouvement CR/CR se rendent immédiatement sur le terrain, en étroite coordination avec les autorités locales, afin d’évaluer la situation et d’apporter une aide aux personnes touchées.
La Croix-Rouge française ne tarde pas à se mobiliser en réaction à la crise. Le 9 septembre 2023, un appel à dons est lancé dans le but de contribuer, dans le cadre de la réponse du Mouvement CRCR, aux actions de secours sur place, et de fournir des produits de première nécessité.
La CRf organise ensuite, début octobre, une mission exploratoire afin de rencontrer le Croissant-Rouge marocain en vue d’appuyer la réponse d’urgence au séisme. Après identification des besoins non couverts et définition des modalités de coopération, la Croix-Rouge française veut soutenir le Croissant-Rouge marocain et agir en ouvrant une délégation sur place.

Sous la supervision hiérarchique du Responsable Géographique Moyen-Orient, Le/La Chef.fe de mission sera responsable d’assurer la coordination et le positionnement stratégique de la CRF au Maroc, d’assurer la mise en œuvre et le suivi opérationnelle des activités, de superviser la gestion des moyens financiers, logistiques et RH.
He/she will also be responsible for ensuring safety management, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning as well as ensuring the direction and animation of his/her team.

Type of status: expatriate
Type of contract: Fixed-term contract under French law/precariousness bonus paid at the end of the contract
Salary: salary range, according to the classification of the position on the CRf grid and according to the experience of the candidate
. end of year: equivalent to a 13th month pro-rata to the time spent
Per diem: daily per diem which varies depending on the country
Leave: 5 weeks of paid leave/year and 21 days of recovery – Plane ticket covered 100% by the CRf for home/mission travel for 6-month leave
Health coverage: CFE + MSH mutual insurance (100% covered) – 75% covered by the CRf

Bac+4/5 training in humanitarian project management or equivalent training. Significant experience in an identical position of 3 years mandatory. Experience in opening delegations preferred. Experience within the RC/RC movement desired.
