Mission :
As part of the overall fundraising strategy from individuals, the Fundraising Unit Manager – Donations & Philanthropy Unit will be responsible for defining the strategy for the Donations & Philanthropy Unit, and for managing the deployment of action plans in terms of donations, high potential and philanthropy, with a view to developing ACF’s private resources with testators and philanthropists.
More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Define the annual strategy and the action plan for retaining and prospecting individual donors for the Donations and Foundation Division.
Develop a direct marketing strategy and an action plan for the Donations, High Potentials and Foundation Division, in accordance with ACF’s collection strategy, and in coordination with other channels as well as with the Deputy Director of Public Collection.
Identify the issues, targets, prospects and means necessary to achieve the recruitment, achievement and loyalty objectives of potential or proven testators, as well as Foundation donors.
Ensure the management of the implementation of the Donations, High Potentials and Foundation strategy and action plans, in coordination with other channels and contacts of the Public Collection Delegate Department as well as with the Donor Relations Division.
Contribute to segmentation updates, mainly with the Collection Coordinator – Direct Marketing Department, the Marketing Research Officer, and the rest of the team.
Interview, negotiate and select new service providers in collaboration with the Purchasing and Legal Department.
Manage and supervise the activities of the Donations and Philanthropy Department composed of 3 Collection Officers and the Volunteer.
Recruit and train the employee in conjunction with the Human Resources department.
Profile :
With a master’s degree in marketing or private law, you have at least six years of professional experience in fundraising, ideally with a background in an agency, and have possibly dealt with topics related to donations and/or major donors.
Initial experience in fundraising with major donors would be an asset.
A good teacher with a real sense of empathy, your listening skills allow you to build trusting and quality relationships with your contacts.
You have demonstrated your ability to create and maintain a solid network.
Your writing skills are excellent, and you are recognized for your rigor as well as your analytical and synthesis skills.
Fluency in operational English is desirable.

Status: Integrated Executive – Permanent Full-time

Location: Ile-De-France
Remuneration: From 45K to 54K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
