Focus on the Communication Department
The Communication Department is made up of 9 people. The mission of its members is to define and implement the Communication strategy in line with the association’s communication challenges.
And the Editorial Communication Intern in all this?
As a Collection Intern, under the supervision of the Collection Manager and in close collaboration with members of the Development and Innovation Department, the Operations Department and the various teams on field missions , you will implement Première Urgence Internationale’s general public collection strategy and ensure its monitoring.
Under the supervision of the Collection Manager and in collaboration with the entire Communication department, you will participate in the implementation of general public donation collection solutions, you will prepare communications intended for donors and you will participate in the writing letters calling for donations. In addition, you will participate in the preparation of monthly fundraising reports while also ensuring a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the existing donor base. Finally, to improve our tools you will ensure regular monitoring of the practices and innovations of other French and international associations and NGOs.
What you will need to land this internship
- An Agreement issued by your training organization!
You must be attached to a training center approved by the State and prove that you are pursuing a higher diploma, Bac+4 or Bac+5 level, in a Communication, Business School or Economics and Social Sciences.
- Experience
Experience in an associative environment will be valued. Have you already worked with Première Urgence Internationale? This will be an undeniable asset!
- SKILLS
You have a proven interest in the humanitarian aid and development aid sector and you have a particular appetite for fundraising.
- Required qualities
You are dynamic, autonomous in your work and versatile. You demonstrate good interpersonal skills as well as real writing skills, both in French and English.
- LANGUAGES
French and English have no secrets for you? So much the better, these are two essential languages for this internship!

“With solid knowledge of fundraising and excellent oral and written expression, you know direct online and offline marketing techniques. Previous experience in fundraising will be valued. Surrounded by an experienced and dynamic Communication and webmarketing team, you must be ready to take on the challenge of this position with a lot of things to put in place. You will need to be proactive in tackling new collection vectors. »
PUI will offer you
- Bonus: 4.6€/hour
- Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)
- Rest: 1 RTT per month (37h/week)
- Days of writing a dissertation and/or internship report, if applicable
- A flexible teleworking policy, based on three modalities.
